Being a Mum can be amazing, but it can also be hard. You may sometimes feel tired, isolated, stressed or unsure.

We are here to walk alongside you and enable you as a mum and as a person.

Come and make new friends and build a support network.

MUMS CONNECT is a welcoming, relaxed and supportive space where you can find friendship, get practical support and be encouraged.

There’s free childcare at Kindercare while you attend the program.
You don't have to do this alone.

Maybe sometimes you feel overwhelmed.
